Revisit the Basics of Conflict Resolution

Learning a new skill can be intimidating, frustrating, and overwhelming. I learned this lesson as a beginner piano player. Sometimes, we are tempted to push ourselves to learn as quickly as possible. The problem with this is sometimes we skip over the basics. You should resist the temptation to skip the basics, especially when learning conflict management.
